Hydrodrill | Method
The drill, driven by a pneumatic motor, rotates with speed of 500-2000
RPM. It moves forward using a hydraulic cylinder. Even the hardest
deposits are removed from tubes (having no destructive impact on the
tube wall), and are subsequently flushed out. This method may be applied
for removal of all types of scale from all tube materials. We are able
to clean tubes with diameters ranging from 10 to 40 millimeters and with
the length of up to 14 meters.
One of the most challenging jobs was successful cleaning of chemical
installation and a turbine steam condenser in a polythene manufacturing
facility.
